Grasshopper™ is an app that enable the customer (you) in locating cannabis retailers, viewing their menu dashboard, making and paying an order of their products and tracking the delivery of your order, all from the convenience and comfort of your mobile device.

The Grasshopper™ app is free and available for download from the App store, ITunes and on this web site “HERE”

Select the retailer from the Retail list, open their menu and make your selection.

You will receive an email acknowledgement that your order has been received, your payment accepted and you will be able to track the delivery process.

You will receive a message that your order has not been accepted. You may chose a different retailer, or request an explanation for the non-acceptance.

Yes – the Grasshopper™ employs GPS tracking that indicates that your order has been picked up from the retailer and displays the process to your location.

Simply go to the order menu and make your changes prior to the retailer processing and shipping your order. You will receive and acknowledgement of receipt of your changes by email.

At any time in the process you can go to “Help” on the app or go to the “Help” menu on the Grasshopper™ web page at www.grasshopper-app.com

Your Hopper courier will be able to assist you if there is any problem with your order and you can contact Grasshopper™ directly on the app or at the Grasshopper™ web page at www.grasshopper-app.com.

There may arise a logistics problem with the Hopper courier and, if so, you will be notified of any scheduling change.

There is a delivery fee that will be described in your order form at the time you make the order. Minimum order requirements are at the discretion of the individual retailers and will be clearly noted at the time you make your order.

Our Hoppers are local independent drivers and we and they deeply appreciate that they receive a gratuity if you’re are happy with the service. The amount is entirely up to you, the customer, and is accepted with Thanks!

Yes, Grasshopper™ uses the STRIPE™ payment system which is entirely secure and used by businesses worldwide.
